Show Summary: Cult is a newly picked-up drama for The CW that is due to debut in early 2013 during the mid-season. It was created by Rockne S. O'Bannon, who is also set to produce the show with Josh Schwartz,Stephanie Savage and Len Goldstein. The series centres on the TV series Cult and follows Jeff Sefton (Matt Davis) a blogger and Skye Yarrow (Jessica Lucas) a production assistant on the series who following a string of disappearances investigate the fans who may be recreating the crimes seen on the series.

Cult Season 1 Episode 1 You're Next Summary: Investigative journalist Jeff Sefton doesn't pay attention to his younger brother's, Nate, obsessions and especially his latest one about a TV show that plans to hurt him. However, his disappearance, makes Jeff take him seriously and meanwhile discovers the dark world of the TV series, "Cult" and its' obsessive fans that are led by the cult leades, Billy Grimm. As the plot twist come out to be true in the real world, Jeff enlists, Skye, a young research assistant.
